This headset is ideal for continuous use where the user will be wearing the unit for long periods of time. It has a boom mic which sits on the left side of the head, an earphone which sits on the outside of the ear and a lightweight durable metal band which runs around the back of the head and secures itself on the other ear. This results in a very secure fit and ensures that it will remain fixed to the user's head. Ideal for retail environments. Also suitable for Police FSU use.

It is available for most popular radio models and also has the option of a number of different PTT's.

The Explorer headset is a single, flexible ear hanger that moulds to the users ear for a more comfortable fit. It can be worn on either the left or right ear and can be adjusted by gently bending the rubber ear loop. A quick-disconnect acoustic tube allows the user multiple ear insert options and the ability to easily change out acoustic tubes. The small lightweight boom provides transmit audio without being obtrusive. The microphone position is adjusted by simply rotating the boom left or right. Transmit is activated by the radio’s push to-talk button (PTT) or an optional in-line PTT. This is the ideal headset for hospitality, retail, recreation, entertainment and any other applications which require a lightweight flexible headset. It’s also ideal for users with multiple shift changes.

The LEP110 is intended for fully covert operation when used in conjunction with an inductive wireless earpiece. The loop is worn round the neck of the user underneath their clothing, with the highly sensitive miniature microphone concealed in its junction. The loop transmits the output audio from the radio to a wireless earpiece which is worn inside the user's ear. The PTT switch is concealed in the user’s hand, with the cable being passed down inside their sleeve. There are no external signs that a radio is being carried. Assembled at our workshop in Matlock they are available for most analogue and digital radio models.

Like the LEP110, the LEP120 product is designed for fully covert operations. Here the inductive flatpack is fitted with a sensitive miniature microphone. When worn on the users lapel received radio signals are inductively sent to the wireless earpiece. When the separate PTT switch is pressed speech is picked up by the microphone within the inductor pack and transmitted.

UCH-1 & UCH-100 Covert Harnesses

Designed to be worn under clothing both products are ideal for covert security applications as the radio and all accessory wiring is hidden for view. The pocket to house the radio is suitable for larger radios like the Motorola GP340. Accessory wiring can be fed through the various internal compartments and fixed to a suitable housing point via their clothing clips. The shoulder harness comes with adjustable straps fitting straps and the body harness comes in different sizes. Both products are breathable and made of washable lightweight synthetic material.

This unique covert inductive listening device utilises custom digital technology giving outstanding speech quality. This device is uni-handed and anatomically shaped to fit the smallest ears with special functions including: soft-squelch, automatic gain control and audible low battery indicator. The devices are very small, robust and designed to operate in the most hostile of environments. Particular design emphasis has been placed on the ability to suppress extraneous interference; typically from engine management systems in vehicles, TDMA noise from TETRA handsets and Cellphones as well as mains-borne noise from electric motors, neon signs and power lines.

A simple earphone with acoustic tube for low key surveillance work, where the use of discreet microphone is not needed.

The two wire kit is ideal for demanding covert security applications where sound clarity and durability are of paramount importance.

The three wire kit is for more demanding users still, with separate PTT, lapel microphone and acoustic tube making the unit extremely covert.

Using the same earpiece style as the LEP-EM2, except this version comes with a rugged in-line microphone and push to talk button. A curly cord lead to the adjustable earbud and loop makes this product versatile and popular amongst a variety of different users.

A lightweight miniature speaker which fits comfortably over the ear. It is especially useful in noisy environments, such as crowds, public places etc. This type s very popular with the emergency services. Because nothing is placed inside the ear, it offers added safety for security personnel in difficult situations, as well as improved hygiene when it is necessary to share earphones.

The LEP310 consists of an earbud speaker, which is fitted to a soft rubber loop. The flexible design means it is comfortable to varying ear shapes. It is available with both 2.5mm and 3.5 right angled jack plugs.

This is a low cost listen only earpiece with a soft flexible D frame to make it comfortable to wear and take on and off.

This is a heavy duty adjustable earphone kit which allows the user to adjust the size and shape of the shell to their own ear size, making it more comfortable and personal to each user. The unit is made using a strong thick cable which ensures that it can withstand heavy use. It comes with a clothing clip to enable the wire to be secured to a lapel or jacket..

An identical earpiece to the LEP 300, with the addition of a microphone with PTT facility which can be discreetly fixed to a tie, lapel etc. Ideal for semi-covert applications where cost is important. The microphone is highly sensitive and can be fitted up to six inches away from the user's mouth. the PTT button is integral with the microphone, and only requires light finger pressure to operate. This model is ideal for retail or light duty security applications.

A variant of the LEP 400, except this model utilises the ear bud rubber hoop, as per the LEP 310. It possesses the same performance and features as the LEP 400, with a remote mic/PTT for fixing to lapel. The lighter weight of this earpiece design makes it an excellent choice for applications that require the earpiece to be worn for long periods.

An extremely flat rubber D shell means it is very comfortable to wear, especially under helmets. This product is also fitted with an in-line microphone and push to talk button intended to be clipped to the wearer’s lapel. A low cost entry product, suitable for retail and overt security personnel.

Using the same adjustable D shell earpiece as the LEP350 this product is fitted with an in-line microphone and push to talk button. The product is assembled using a stronger cable and strain relief’s to ensure it can withstand harder working environments.

Identical to the LEP 400, but with a lightweight boom microphone fitted on to the earpiece. This allows the user to position the microphone suitably in front of the mouth and it is therefore only necessary to speak normally. Ideal where covert is not of paramount importance, but clear, hands-free communications is, such as in the retail, restaurant and entertainment business. The PTT button is housed in a lightweight box that can be clipped to the user's lapel or tie.

This product offers a flat earpad and adjustable loop to attach to the wearers ear. Ideal for people who don’t like wearing buds in the ear or find full D shells uncomfortable. A microphone and push to talk button are fitted in line. Another superb low cost entry product.

This low cost 1 Wire Kit consists of an in-line microphone and push to talk button. The earpiece clips onto the users collar and a curly section of acoustic tube channels the received audio to the user’s ear via a comfortable rubber eartip. This is a popular entry level product for a lot of nightclub door staff.

The LEP 730 is an ideal option for uses requiring a simple but effective speaker mic solution. It also has an earphone socket to allow an earpiece to be plugged in for discreet reception. It is also shower resistant and is therefore suitable for outdoor use.

It is smaller in size and lighter in weight than the low-profile mic below. This enables it to be worn comfortably on lightweight clothing, such as may be found in retail environments.

The V2-L speaker microphone meets exactly the same high standards as the V2 heavy duty mic, except that it does not have a volume control. It is also a lighter weight and has a more slim line shape.

A throat microphone fitted with an acoustic tube for increased comfort, durability and function. It is adjustable by the user to fit different ear sizes making it comfortable. There is an in line PTT switch to enable transmit through the microphone, which is positioned towards the front of the users throat. Ideal for use in high noise environments.

When combined with earphones, this kit enables the user to communicate whilst wearing breathing apparatus or restrictive head protection. The mic is held on the top of the head by a soft rubber pad and picks up speech via skull vibration; at the same time, wind and background noise are excluded. A pair of slim earphones or an acoustic output are available. This design leaves the hands free and face unobscured when worn by rescue and hazard protection personnel, who still retain the ability for direct hearing and speaking.
